Reminds me of our battle cry in Warcrack raids for a while-- "Transform and roll out!" was the universal signal for, everyone's ready, let's kill some gigantically evil monster.
I was always partial to, "gun it!" myself, although occassionally it's: "Atomic batteries to power. Turbines to speed! Roger, ready to move out," but mostly muttered to myself as I'm adjusting my rear-view mirror and the like.

Are you hitting on me?
Why, yes. Yes I am.
Oh behave!
I love the new banner. It's like the old banner, pelted by gamma rays. (Heh.)
"Let's Ride!" with both words capped, is something that needs to be said more by people all over the world. I'd also accept more "Roll Out!"
I vote for "Let's Rally!" as well.
Jeff's right.
"Roll out," would be the shit.
I said that to my wife when we left the house the other day, and she looked at me perplexed and said, "We're walking."
I spent the next ten minutes explaining that it didn't even matter. I think she got annoyed.
'Punch it Chewie' is my go-to expression when travelling.
I would also accept: "Regulators...Mount Up!"
Plenty of good ones here, but I'm partial to "All right, ramblers, let's get ramblin'!"

"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."
"Hit it."
